Recipients and subprocessors
Access to personal data is limited to authorized LCSX Tech personnel and to technical providers strictly required to operate Screebeo.
At the date of this policy, the main providers involved in service delivery are Scaleway for hosting, storage, database, and infrastructure services, and Brevo for transactional email delivery.
- Scaleway: application hosting, object storage, managed database, and related infrastructure services hosted in France.
- Brevo: transactional emails such as invitation flows, sign-in links, recording share notifications, and summary notifications.
- No sale or rental of personal data: Screebeo does not sell personal data and does not use advertising networks on the public website or within the product.
AI processing and data location
Screebeo is designed around a France-hosted and Europe-oriented infrastructure baseline. Core runtime, storage, database, and processing services are operated on Scaleway infrastructure in France.
Transcript and summary features are delivered through Screebeo's own technical stack and supporting processing services used to operate the product, not for advertising profiling.
Retention periods
We keep personal data for no longer than necessary for the purposes described above, taking into account legal, security, and operational constraints of the private beta.
During beta, some deletion or closure operations may still require manual support handling.
- Beta request and business contact data is kept for the time needed to review your request, handle follow-up, and manage the beta relationship.
- Account profile data is generally kept while your account remains active, then archived or deleted as required for legal, security, and operational follow-up.
- Recordings, transcripts, summaries, share settings, and related assets are generally kept until you delete them, an authorized administrator deletes them, the associated account is closed, or a legal or security retention need applies.
- Security and audit logs are kept for the period reasonably necessary to detect incidents, investigate misuse, and document administrative actions.
Strictly necessary cookies
Screebeo uses cookies and similar local mechanisms that are strictly necessary to deliver the service and keep access secure. At the date of this policy, we do not deploy advertising cookies on the public website or within the product.
- screebeo_session: keeps the authenticated session active.
- screebeo_mfa_setup: supports temporary MFA setup verification.
- screebeo_locale: stores your language choice.
- screebeo_share_session: keeps anonymous share viewers authenticated for a limited period when needed to access a recording share.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. If a serious security issue affects personal data, we will respond according to the legal and operational obligations that apply to the incident.
