Terms of use
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Screebeo, a private-beta service for recording screens, meetings, and audio, with transcript and summary features designed around France-hosted infrastructure. Purpose of the service
Screebeo enables eligible users to record screens, meetings, and audio, store related assets, generate transcripts and summaries, and share recordings through controlled access modes.
The service is currently operated as a private beta and may evolve materially as product, infrastructure, and governance features mature.
Access conditions
- Access may be limited to invited users, approved beta participants, or persons authorized by LCSX Tech.
- You must provide accurate information when requesting access or creating your account.
- LCSX Tech may refuse, delay, suspend, or revoke access when necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or beta capacity management.
Account security
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your access credentials, devices, email account, and any MFA factors used with Screebeo.
- You must notify LCSX Tech without undue delay if you suspect unauthorized access, account compromise, or misuse of a share link tied to your account.
- You must not attempt to bypass authentication, access-control, invitation, or sharing restrictions.
Content and lawful use
You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of the content you upload, record, store, transcribe, summarize, or share through Screebeo.
You must ensure that you hold the rights, permissions, and consents required to record people, voices, screens, documents, or meetings and to share the resulting content.
- Unlawful surveillance, unauthorized recording, harassment, hateful content, infringement of third-party rights, and distribution of illegal material are prohibited.
- You must not use Screebeo to interfere with the service, probe infrastructure without authorization, or distribute malicious software or fraudulent content.
Sharing and confidentiality
Screebeo is designed around private-by-default sharing. Some sharing modes may allow access through controlled or unlisted links, or through recipient email verification.
You remain responsible for choosing the right sharing mode, the right recipients, and the right permissions for transcript and summary access.
- An unlisted or tokenized link is not the same as a confidential legal communication channel if the link is redistributed by a recipient.
- You must not use Screebeo to share content with recipients who should not have access to it.
AI-generated outputs
Transcript and summary features are provided to help users understand recordings faster. They may contain omissions, formatting issues, speaker attribution errors, or factual inaccuracies.
You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying on them for business, contractual, HR, legal, or compliance-sensitive decisions.
Availability and beta limitations
Screebeo is provided on a best-effort basis during beta. We do not commit to a service-level agreement, uninterrupted availability, or final feature stability at this stage.
Maintenance, bugs, infrastructure incidents, storage issues, processing delays, or security interventions may temporarily limit access to part or all of the service.
Intellectual property and user content
LCSX Tech retains all rights to Screebeo's software, interfaces, branding, documentation, and service elements, except for third-party or user-owned materials.
You retain rights in the content you lawfully upload or record. You grant LCSX Tech the technical rights strictly necessary to host, process, secure, transcribe, summarize, and display that content for the purpose of operating Screebeo.
Suspension, termination, and deletion
LCSX Tech may suspend or terminate access to Screebeo, in whole or in part, where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, non-compliance with these Terms, or discontinuation of the beta program.
Users may delete recordings through the product where the feature is available. Full account closure or broader deletion requests may require contacting support during beta.
Commercial status
At the date of these Terms, Screebeo is not offered under active paid general terms and no public commercial subscription is being sold through these pages.
If paid plans or paid contractual terms are introduced later, they will be governed by separate contractual documents or updated service terms.
Liability, governing law, and jurisdiction
To the extent permitted by law, LCSX Tech cannot be held liable for indirect losses, business disruption, or consequential damages arising from beta use of the service.
These Terms are governed by French law. Subject to mandatory legal provisions, disputes relating to Screebeo fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts associated with LCSX Tech's registered office.
